- Use anonymized data to improve our AI models
- Display your content to authorized team members

Access to PatPipes requires payment of applicable fees. By subscribing, you agree to the following payment terms:
Billing Cycles
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Billing occurs on the same day each period.
Auto-Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refunds are prorated for annual plans.
Price Changes
We may change our prices with 30 days advance notice. Changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
You May Terminate
By canceling your subscription through your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
We May Terminate
For violation of these Terms, failure to pay, or at our discretion with 30 days notice. Immediate termination may occur for serious violations.
Upon termination, your right to access PatPipes will immediately cease. We will retain your data for 90 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

PATPIPES IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or AI-generated results. You use PatPipes at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PATPIPES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

- âĸ Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- âĸ Errors or omissions in AI-generated content
- âĸ Third-party actions or content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to PatPipes in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PatPipes, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Arbitration Agreement
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except:

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement

Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of PatPipes after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
